Building Resilience and Becoming Trauma Informed equips individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to better understand and support themselves and others who have experienced trauma.
Experiencing trauma is common throughout our lives. Trauma can be both big “T” and little “t” traumas. Both big and little trauma can significantly impact our physical and mental well-being, as well as our relationships and social interactions.
