About Audra

Over two decades of experience helping individuals, families, and first responders build resilience and heal from trauma.

Audra has over 20 years of experience as a clinical and certificated counselor. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master of Science in Counseling.

As a therapist, Audra fosters a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She uses a person-centered approach, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), brief interventions, and family systems therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Audra's training experience began over 30 years ago as a human resources consultant and trainer. Her ability to engage an audience with best practices in learning and training has been honed over thousands of hours of delivering training, and her education and human-resources background give her expertise in creating customized trainings and workshops on a wide range of topics.

As a Certificated Counselor, Audra worked with San Diego North County youth as a school counselor — 20 years working with adolescents, youth with learning disabilities, trauma, family-systems issues, and conflict resolution.

Audra's work grew to focus on her North County community, partnering with stakeholders to affect systemic, healthy change. She helped found and served as Chair of the San Marcos Prevention Coalition, advocating for alcohol-, tobacco-, and drug-free youth.
